Sweet Apple & Veggie delight cracker

Sweet apple, Crisp green cucumber and creamy avocado, a three layered mouthwatering topping garnished over a crunchy cracker. A deliciously rich snack that effortlessly takes no more than 10 minutes to whip up. A triple combination of healthy fats, antioxidants and minerals.

We started out experimenting with a batch at first and ended up gobbling up twice as much at the end. It is as basic to make as it looks. All you have to do is slice and layer, slice and layer. Now don't forget your avocado, its creamy taste is key to this triple blend flavor. A layering taste your mouth will sure never to forget. Its sweet and delectable. A perfect starter dish for social get-together's, holiday parties, or business meetings.

We began by slicing and prepping our main ingredients of apple, cucumber and avocado for layering. We place the cracker as the base. If you would like, go for a whole wheat, or vegetarian-vegan friendly cracker to achieve a more healthier mix of snack. Get creative, add more layers. Experiment with different fruits or veggies of your choice.

Ingredients:

1 Avocado

1/2 Cucumber

Directions:

1. Begin by cutting the honey-crisps apple in half, then thinly slice one half of the apple into pieces. Set aside the other half.

2. Cut about half of a long old English cucumber, using one half, and slice cucumber slightly thicker than the apple. Set aside the other half.

3. Scoop out ripe and ready to eat avocado, creating a round shape, an alternate option if you do not have a scooper handy is to slice the avocado horizontally.
