When it comes to baking I was never the one to run to the oven, put on an apron and bake an apple pie, I had to admit we had little expertise with baking sweets and goodies. For the most part store bought treats were good enough at first. After doing tremendous amount of research on health and food I became very acquainted with the simple truth that processed foods are highly toxic.
I began to routinely check for ingredients whenever making a purchase of food that are contained mostly in boxes or canned/glassed products.
I began to notice ingredients such as milk, milk powder, milk fat (men its scary), and many other ingredients that my dictionary could barely recognized; appear in numerous and variable amount of processed products from our very own grocery stores. The more the letters I seen, the more frustrated I became. I then came to the realization that what we eat shouldn't be this complicated.

This vegan delight cookie needs no unknown, complicated ingredients. Its sweet, tasty and easy to bake. Seriously we barely bust a sweat makin 'em. It needs not much of an introductory, why not just try it! It takes only 30 minutes, the same amount of time it would take for you to run to the store and purchase junk. This delicious banana oats chips contain less calories, fat and carbs.
Most of the ingredient needed can easily be found in your kitchen
Baking would be the lengthiest part of the processes, but no worries you can sit and relax while you wait. Prepping is simple, the recipes consist mainly of oats, bananas, chocolate chips and a bit of muscle to mix.
